What is the FasTrack program?

A structured internship program that allows you to deepen your audit and accounting technical skills, gain industry exposure, and enhance your knowledge in critical thinking, soft skills, and data analytics.

Successful completion of the program will allow you to be well-prepared to embark on your career as an Audit & Assurance Analyst (equivalent to 2nd year Associate) at Deloitte Singapore upon your graduation.

FasTrack Journey 

At the Associate phase, you will:

• Undergo onboarding programs to learn about the firm’s culture and practices
• Receive World-class professional training and on-the-job learning by directly supporting the engagement teams
  

When you move to the Skills Development Hub phase, you will:

• Focus on enhancing your foundational skillsets
• Reinforce your audit fundamentals over commonly audited balances such as debtors, revenue and more

When you enter the Analyst phase, you will:

• Nurture your talents and strengths in a challenging, exciting and conducive environment.
• Elevate your experience and take on a greater role in more advanced and complex areas of an audit engagement.

If you are:

• Highly interested in a career in Audit & Assurance
• Currently pursuing an Accountancy degree at a local university
• Able to commit 30 accumulative weeks* for the full-time internship program
  • Single internship period of 30-weeks; or
  • Dual internship periods of 10-weeks and 20-weeks
