Unveiling Singapore’s Best Managed Companies 2023 winners
SINGAPORE, 8 June 2023 – Deloitte Singapore is delighted to announce the 2023 Singapore’s Best Managed Companies today. The awards program, in its third edition this year, recognises 10 exceptional private businesses in Singapore for their organisational success and contributions to their industry and the economy.
To achieve this Best Managed Companies title, businesses undergo a rigorous assessment led by a panel of multi-disciplinary and independent judges. Applicants are evaluated based on four core pillars, namely strategy, capabilities and innovation, culture and commitment, as well as governance and financials.
This year, the prestigious award in Singapore welcomes one new winner who has successfully qualified as a Best Managed company for the first time, along with nine companies who have qualified to maintain their Best Managed status year-on-year.

From enhancing their sustainability practices to driving employee engagement and maintaining a strong balance sheet, these Best Managed Companies distinguish themselves by having an innovative vision and offering the best-in-class products and services to their customers,” said Michael Tsia, Best Managed Companies Leader, Singapore & Southeast Asia.
These Singapore winners join a global network of Best Managed Companies comprising more than 1,300 organisations from 46 countries across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. They have also been invited to join the annual Southeast Asia Best Managed Companies Regional Symposium and Gala Dinner 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand on 3 August 2023, for a night of celebration, networking and marketplace recognition.
A panel of independent judges reviewed applications and selected this year’s winners. The Singapore jury members are Victor Mills, CEO of Singapore International Chamber of Commerce; Daniel Simonovich, Affiliate Professor of Strategy at INSEAD; and Ng Jiak See, Deloitte Asia Pacific Financial Advisory Leader.
Best Managed is a flagship program presented by Deloitte Private, a division of Deloitte exclusively focused on serving private clients of all sizes.
Note to Editors: Some of the winners are listed companies. The term “private enterprise” is used because the majority of the company’s shares are still privately owned either directly or indirectly, which is a requisite for a company’s eligibility for the Best Managed Companies program.
