Webinar on topic “Marketing Technologies: the role of Marketing and how to improve efficiency”

Deloitte, Deloitte Digital and Salesforce Deloitte, Deloitte Digital and Salesforce joined efforts in hosting a webinar on the topic “Marketing Technologies: the role of Marketing and how to improve efficiency”.

We will discuss how the consumer has changed in the past year and how certain consumer behavior changes have been accelerated by the Covid-19 crisis. Next, we will discuss how marketing technologies can help increase effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities and what are the key challenges in implementing and using marketing technologies to drive tangible business results. We will conclude with a discussion what firms and organization can do in the next weeks and months to benefit most. In the discussion, the focus will be apart from the consumer and market itself also on the internal processes and collaboration across the organization. The discussion will be supported by examples and experiences spanning multiple countries in CEE provided by experienced participants from Deloitte, Deloitte Digital and Salesforce.
