With the borders reopening and the return of business activities to the pre COVID-19 period, it is the right time to explore key changes in consumer behaviour and buying patterns for future business direction. Deloitte Thailand is happy to share with you results from the consumer survey conducted by Deloitte Southeast Asia across the region.

The session will address overall consumer sentiment in Thailand from the intention to vary expenditure across different product categories to the emergence of several new at-home expenditure patterns. The purchase drivers across different product categories will also be explored.

Finally, not only will the key results from the Thailand market be shared but participants will also gain insights from the other Southeast Asia countries such as Vietnam and Indonesia as well.
