Organizations have driven some workplace progress in recent years, but new setbacks are impacting Gen Zs’ and millennials’ ability to plan for their futures. Now in its 12th year, Deloitte’s Gen Z and Millennial Survey gathered feedback from more than 22,000 respondents in 44 countries, including Thailand, to explore attitudes about work and the world around them.
The pandemic prompted many to re-evaluate the role work plays in their lives and to seek more balance. The last few years have also left significant negative legacies as well, including a cost-of-living crisis, and mental health challenges.
Join us as we take a closer look at this year’s survey, exploring how Thai Gen Zs and Millennials are navigating these challenges, the progress they feel their employers have made and where they worry about potential setbacks.
Key Topics:
- What progress have employers made, and in which areas to meet Gen Z and millennial expectations in areas such as work/life balance, societal impact and climate change?
- What are the top areas of concern for both generations compared to global, and how do these factors into their considerations when choosing a new employer?
- How are they rethinking the ‘role of work’ in their lives, and how does this effect their career choices?
