Every year during Earth Month, we celebrate our climate-positive achievements and raise awareness on key environmental issues. This year, we embarked on a journey towards a sustainable future with our ‘Building Better Futures. Together’ campaign throughout April, as part of WorldClimate initiatives.
For Deloitte Thailand, we have chosen to focus on the concept of ‘Circular Economy’ which promotes the reuse of existing items to minimize waste and maximize value. We believe that small changes can have a big impact, and one way to make a difference is by swapping our unused items with others.
We were honoured to have Khun Kamonnart Ongwandee, the Country Coordinator for Fashion Revolution Thailand, join us during our Earth Month Event to share her insights on fast fashion and the environmental impact of the fashion industry. She also highlighted how the circular economy can help address these challenges and shared practical tips on how we can all make a difference as consumers.
