Winners announced for the second edition of Thailand Best Managed Companies awards program
BANGKOK, 24 August 2022 – Today, 13 private enterprises were recognised as winners of Thailand’s Best Managed Companies awards program at an awards ceremony at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok. Thailand’s Best Managed Companies awards program recognises top privately-owned Thai companies for their organisational success as well as contributions to their industry and the economy.

The winning companies are made up of new applicants who have successfully qualified as a Best Managed company for the first time along with re-qualifying companies who have qualified to maintain their Best Managed status year on year.
The Best Managed Companies awards programs is a well-regarded international awards program that applies a proven evaluation process to assess the businesses’ quality of management in areas including strategy, capabilities and innovation, culture and commitment, as well as governance and financials. Launched in Thailand in 2021, the evaluation of the awards is based on more than 25 years of observed practice from the global awards program that has been rolled out to 48 countries worldwide.

Entrants to the program strive for this prestigious designation in a rigorous and independent process that evaluates their management skills and practices. This includes having their business strategy and operations analysed and benchmarked against an evaluation framework that is applied to the 1200-strong community of best managed private companies across the world. Business leaders then use the process to sharpen strategies and derive valuable insights to help them refine their strategies and operations, optimising business growth.
The Best Managed Companies winners are encouraged to re-join the program every year to continuously challenge, improve, and grow their company to retain their Best Managed Companies status. Winners will join the other Best Managed Companies who have achieved this mark of business excellence, thus elevating and adding credibility to their brand, and broadening their market presence.
