Jack Tey

Jack has over 20 years of public accounting experience, including 3 years with Deloitte New York. 

He is a Partner of Deloitte Southeast Asia based in Singapore with a focus on private equity, technology & media, logistics & shipping companies. He is also the US GAAP Accounting Partner for Deloitte in Southeast Asia.
In addition to his rich experience in local and international audit assignments, Jack also is well versed with listing requirements, having advised clients on private and public offerings both in Singapore and overseas stock exchanges.

Over the years, Jack has also accumulated significant experience outside of the traditional audit role. He has vast experience in M&A transactions across a variety of industries in Southeast Asia. His expertise also extends to providing accounting advisory services to companies operating in Southeast Asia, including GAAP conversion projects and advices on complex technical accounting issues.

Jack is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
