Jeremy Toh

Jeremy is an Audit Partner and the Real Estate Sector Audit Leader of Deloitte Singapore. He was a member of the Southeast Asia Audit Executive Committee, as well as the Southeast Asia Audit Clients & Market leader, with focus on driving audit growth and strengthening client relationships. He was also the Head of Growth Enterprise Services and a member of the Global Advisory Council who kept the global CEO of Deloitte abreast of the current issues facing the firm.

Jeremy has more than 30 years of experience in Public Accounting in Singapore, including two years in the United States. He has extensive experience in the audits of multinational companies (MNC) and local companies spanning various industries, in particular the Real Estate, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Consumer Business and Manufacturing sectors.

He has also advised companies (including REITs) on their IPOs on the Singapore Exchange and has conducted seminars on Financial Reporting Standards, US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley related matters.

Jeremy graduated from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons). He is a Practicing Member of the Institute of Public Accountants of Singapore (ISCA). He is currently the Audit Committee Chairman of Catholic Business Network and the Treasurer of Catholic Family Life Limited. He has also served 3 full terms of 6 years as a member of ACRA’s Complaints & Disciplinary Panel and ISCA’s Financial Reporting Committee.
