Stuart Simons, Deloitte Thailand, is a Tax Partner based in the Bangkok. He has over 28 years of experience in advising multinational and local companies on taxation and business regulations in respect of business activities in Thailand.
Stuart leads the Deloitte Thailand Transfer Pricing service line. He has been responsible for leading Transfer Pricing engagements for clients in a wide range of industries, including the food and drink; fashion; electronics and electrical; chemical; pharmaceutical; automotive; and trading industries.
Stuart has been a regular speaker at local seminars on Transfer Pricing issues and has contributed articles to a number of publications, including the International Tax Review, Bangkok Post, and Kokusai Zeimu (Japan).
