What does Consulting Technology do?

Consulting Technology combines deep technical skills with an understanding of our client’s business challenges. We lead our field in the direction and management of large technology programs and projects. For example, we may help clients:

  • manage complex technology transformation program
  • select outsourced IT suppliers and software vendors
  • develop bespoke applications
  • define their IT Strategy and enterprise architecture
  • translate business requirements into technology solutions
  • analyse ways to improve their use of information
  • improve the effectiveness of their IT department
  • transform their IT organisation into a world class team.

Our technology practice is now home to one of the largest analytics and information management teams in Australia.

For our clients, this means we can design and implement complete solutions that combine many aspects of an IT service in one place. This holistic approach enables clients to identify and understand their customers and develop innovative virtual business models.
