AFR Banking & Wealth Summit in association with Deloitte

Rebuilding trust

The AFR Banking & Wealth Summit in association with Deloitte held in Sydney 4-5 April is Australia’s premier financial services forum. It brings together Australia’s senior bankers and wealth managers to hear the views of regulators, policy makers and industry leaders, on how they are responding to the changing marketplace. This year’s theme was rebuilding trust. Leaders shared their expectations and approaches to addressing the ‘trust deficit’ facing financial services, and how the industry is, and should respond to the challenge.

Understanding trust

Discover Deloitte’s approach to measuring, designing for and managing for trust. By asking the right questions and being proactive, you can better understand how the relationship between ethics, competence and alignment drive improved performance and trustworthy business outcomes.
