More than a quarter of Tasmanian businesses, public sector organisations and not-for-profits have been the victim of fraud in the last two years – and the risks are greater than ever.

And the findings of Deloitte’s first biennial Tasmanian Fraud and Corruption Survey suggest that local incidents are underreported, and that the state is less than prepared when it comes to managing the risk.
