You can choose from a number of different training methods – classroom trainings, e-learning programs, webcasts, podcasts, e-books etc. - depending on the way you like to learn, and the area in which you have chosen to specialise. We'll do our best to help and encourage you, monitor your progress, keep you motivated and discuss any problems you might have along the way.

Of course we’ll recommend courses and qualifications for you, but we’ll also encourage you to set your own agenda and priorities for development. And we’ll also allocate a counselor to you – someone who can act as a valuable sounding board to help you to shape your trainings.
