Women in the automotive industry in Turkey

Women constitute 25% of the white collar workforce in Turkish automotive industry which is known as a male dominant industry. Deloitte Turkey’s report titled “Women in the automotive industry in Turkey” presents the results of a comprehensive research conducted with the participation of 1143 white collar women working in the Automotive Industry Association (OSD) member firms. The study aims to portray the roles and expectations of women in the automotive industry in Turkey while also providing comparative analysis utilizing similar Deloitte studies conducted in Europe and USA.
