Hande Özdiler Yılmazkaya

Hande Özdiler has been with Deloitte Turkey for almost 20 years and she has more than 10 years of experience in Financial Advisory with a heavy focus on Transaction Services.  She has undertaken over 100 engagements with challenging deal and funding structures and delivered projects in sell-side and buy-side financial due diligence to corporate and financial clients in addition to serving clients beyond pure financial due diligence in their business model reviews, valuations, restructuring and share purchase agreement negotiations. She provided both buy-side and sell-side advisory services to blue chip Private Equities as well as leading multinational strategic investors from a wide variety of industries and has primarily specialized across the retail, consumer business and manufacturing industries. She is Deloitte Turkey’s Financial Advisory Talent Leader and Retail Sector Leader. In 2019 she served as a Global Advisory Council member reporting to Deloitte’s Global CEO. She has a BS degree in Business Administration from Koc University and is a certified accountant in Turkey (SMMM).
