Denny Kuo

Since joining Deloitte in 1991, Denny has plenty experience in providing services on financial statements audit, due diligence, planning and consultation services on IPO and overseas financing. Denny also assisted in system setup and process restructuring for privatization of government enterprises and establishment of financial institutions.

Denny served as Taiwan Audit Function Leader for 6 years since 2009. He led the audit practice to achieve a leading position in the Taiwan capital market, with the portfolio of listed audit clients and new IPO clients representing market share of 35% and 45%, respectively.
