WorldClass Initiative

About us

WorldClass Initiative

At Deloitte, we believe that we make the greatest societal impact when we create new educational opportunities. We support a variety of educational initiatives and our professionals use their skills and expertise to help people to develop job skills, improve educational outcomes, and access opportunities to succeed in this new economy.

WorldClass is one way that our organization is living our purpose, to make an impact that matters. It also supports the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, namely:

Goal 4: Quality Education

Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth

Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities

Deloitte’s global WorldClass ambition is to support 100 million people by 2030. By aligning around a common goal and mission, we are focusing our resources and efforts to make a meaningful impact on a shared challenge worldwide.

At Deloitte Ukraine, we also support the global WorldClass initiative through partnership with educational projects, trainings, and knowledge sharing. We share our knowledge and provide educational opportunities by collaborating with non-governmental organizations, local schools, universities, and international organizations.

As part of the WorldClass program, Deloitte Ukraine is implementing a number of initiatives. Here are some of them:

Children of Heroes Charitable Foundation

Teach for Ukraine

At the VII Conductors of Changes Forum, organized by Deloitte Ukraine, 10% of the ticket price and partners' contributions were donated to support the Teach for Ukraine social initiative. As a result, we have raised UAH 250,000 that will help with addressing the problem of educational inequality in Ukraine.

In partnership with the Conductors of Changes Forum’s participants.

Deloitte WorldClass lectures for the not-for-profit sector

Deloitte Ukraine's employees share their professional experience and knowledge for free with non-governmental organizations and charitable foundations looking to strengthen their projects and adopt the best corporate sector practices.

In partnership with Pro Bono Club Ukraine.
