Iakiv Akulov

Yakiv Akulov is a leader of Human Capital Advisory Services (HCAS) team within Consulting at Deloitte Ukraine.

Yakiv has 10 years of experience in providing HR advisory services, including labor market analysis and human capital management consulting with a focus on performance enhancement. He worked in People Advisory Services for one of the Big Four companies, where he grew from an intern to a manager position. Yakiv was engaged in conducting the employer brand study for more than 20 clients and employee engagement surveys in more than 15 projects.
