Jason is a Deloitte Consulting principal and part of the US Consulting Strategy and Transformation leadership team. He has primary accountability for corporate development. In this role, Jason leads US Consulting’s merger and acquisition activities, divestiture of underperforming assets and services, and acceleration of growth for strategic market opportunities. In addition to his corporate development role, Jason advises global clients on the strategy, design, and implementation of their HR and workforce transformations.
Jason has served as the US Consulting Ecosystems & Alliances leader, US national managing principal for Human Capital, Global and US leader for HR Transformation, US Human Capital chief strategy and market officer, a member of the Deloitte India Board of Directors, and a Deloitte Consulting board member. He has also supported the US Global office, with a focus on Latin America. Jason has led the development of multiple new ecosystem relationships, services, products, and asset-enabled businesses throughout his career.
Jason received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in industrial and labor relations and his MBA from Columbia University. He was also profiled for his leadership style in Wharton Business School professor Adam Grant’s best-selling book, Give and Take.
