Karen Reid

Karen is a manager in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Organization Transformation & Talent practice. She has more than 10 years of experience in assisting financial services clients with large-scale organizational transformation efforts involving operating model redesign, culture transformation, and complex project and change management programs. She also has extensive experience in developing detailed organization design, realigning governance and decision rights models, and creating comprehensive communications and workforce transition plans.

Reid received a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in management and marketing from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
