We’re placing digital transformation at the heart of the LTA’s vision of ‘Tennis opened up’, helping to make the sport more accessible and inclusive. Encouraging anyone of any age, background or level of fitness to pick-up a racket and benefit from the positive physical, mental and social impacts it brings.
Human experience at the heart
Our relationship with the LTA is a visible demonstration of the power of digital transformation.
At its core, digital transformation is all about making our lives easier and better – creating new initiatives that will increase participation in tennis by one million people from all walks of life, helping thousands of coaches in our communities to build more resilient, stable businesses or helping venues and clubs to become more open and accessible.
Courts at a click
As part of our collaboration, we’re making the process of engaging with tennis easier and more accessible. Delivering customer first experiences at the click of a button, from the ability to book and unlock courts, to find someone to play with and even book lessons with a coach in the local community.
Changing the landscape of British tennis
We’ve already delivered the digital strategy, setting out the transformation roadmap for tennis in Britain. We’re now evaluating and adapting the infrastructure and operations to create more simple, open journeys for players, coaches, staff, venues and fans.
Stay tuned as we share news on the transformation journey to deliver the vision of ‘Tennis opened up’.
