Ian Kelsall

Ian leads the Audit practice in Northern Ireland providing audit & assurance services to a wide range of industry sectors including energy, utilities, transport, manufacturing, retail and pharmaceuticals. He has broad experience in corporate audit and has worked with FTSE 250 and AIM listed entities, private SMEs and large subsidiaries of overseas multinationals.
Chris Sloan
Partner, Policing Technology Lead
Chris has spent the last 12 years working predominantly in the criminal justice sector, specifically policing and Ministry of Justice, at a national and local level. His experience spans all stages of the IT project lifecycle in the use of a wide range of technologies to enable large scale business transformation programmes, including: IS Strategy development; and the specification, selection and procurement of technology and business transformation services. Chris has particularly deep expertise in successfully leading the delivery of large, complex technology implementation and business transformation programmes involving multiple internal and external delivery stakeholders, challenging programme dependencies and complex delivery models using a range of delivery methods to deliver successful programme outcomes.
Stephen Wray
Partner, Risk Advisory
Stephen joined Deloitte’s Belfast Technology Services centre as Director Cyber Risk Services in May 2016. Stephen leads on Cyber Innovation within the firm. He has 18 years’ experience of technology licensing and scaling technology start-ups, spending 6 years as Commercial Director of The ECIT Institute at Queen's University Belfast. ECIT includes The Centre for Secure Information Technologies (CSIT) which is the UK’s National Innovation and Knowledge Centre (IKC) for cyber security.
Mark McClintock
Partner, Actuarial and Pension Services
Mark is the head of Deloitte’s UK pensions business and also leads the firm’s pension trustee services business. He is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and has over 20 years’ experience in advising the trustees and sponsoring employers of private and public sector pension schemes. Mark holds a scheme actuary certificate and is scheme actuary to pension scheme clients with assets ranging from £2m to £2bn.
Michael Robinson

Michael is the Chief Technology Officer at Deloitte Digital UK. He is responsible for the continual development & on-going operation of Deloitte Digital’s technical capability.Michael has experience delivering innovative digital solutions that not only excite customers but are underpinned by the right technologies choices, integrations, and operational processes.
While at Deloitte he has led the setup of Digital Studios in London, Edinburgh and Belfast and he has worked with clients to help them deliver innovative solutions and improve their own digital delivery capability.Michael has been a leading advocate of innovative approaches to delivering digital transformation. He is a subject matter expert in the areas of distributive technologies, application development, digital technologies, collaborative working, and Agile processes. Michael has written a number of papers and represented Deloitte’s views speaking at a number of universities and conferences around the world.
