Deloitte Return to Work programme
Who says full commitment means full time?
We are delighted to announce that 17 women have joined our 2016 Return to Work Programme, more than doubling the number who took part in last year’s successful pilot programme. Last year’s pilot, which saw 5 of the 8 participants transitioning into permanent or contract roles in the firm, ran for 12 weeks; this year’s programme will run for 20 weeks, enabling participants to spend even more time developing their skills.
While being open to men and women, the programme has a key aim of helping women who have taken a break for more than two years transition back into the workplace. Over their 20 weeks with the firm, participants will be provided with tailored support, coaching and experience to help them to readjust back into the world of work in professional services. Roles are spread across our five service lines, with half of the group joining Deloitte’s consulting practice.
