Your professional experience

  • Work on organisation design, talent, leadership, change management, learning and culture change
  • Aid innovation by researching and applying “People” solutions, including cloud, systems, actuarial and analytics (the emergence of HR cloud is changing the game for business-driven HR services)
  • Design and implement HR transformation projects
  • Support full range of advisory, delivery and information services to clients who are planning or undertaking major transformations, delivering portfolios of projects or one-off mega investment programmes

Your focus
