Key projects and Clients
Client: UK Search and Rescue (SAR)
Construction Advisory are providing Programme Management,
Project Management and Cost Management of hangar facilities
comprising seven new build facilities and three refurbishments on
existing sites around the UK.
Client: Tate Britain
The £45 million transformation of Tate Britain on Millbank in 2013 vividly brought to life the splendour of this Grade II* listed building. It was a task built for Deloitte Real Estate. Working as project managers and planning advisers, we helped to bring the vision of architects Caruso St John to life. From carpenter, to consultant, to client; together we created a ‘can-do’ culture to enable the award winning transformation to be delivered on time and to budget.

Everybody here genuinely enjoys what they do, and often they bring different interests from outside of work. That diversity is part of what makes our culture unique. You’ll also need to be driven. There’s a sense of ownership in this team, and we’re looking for people who are as motivated by that as we are.
