Testing

At Deloitte we know that the only way to maintain our reputation is by constantly developing our people. As part of the Testing Graduate Scheme you will undertake two business and technology focused Professional Qualifications; the British Computing Society (BCS) International Diploma in Business Analysis, and the BCS International Diploma in Solution Development. Both diplomas are industry wide recognised qualifications providing the basis for the knowledge and skills required to effectively undertake the wide range of roles you will encounter as a Test Consultant.

Undertaking the first four modules of these taught qualifications in initial two weeks of the graduate programme allows every new joiner, regardless of degree focus, to begin their professional development journey at the same level.  To supplement the BCS qualifications graduates will attend a number of specially developed courses aimed at providing a more in depth knowledge of both consultancy and testing skills. There is also the opportunity to practically apply these skills through a series of simulated exercises.  Furthermore, as part of the wider ERS team, you’ll continuously develop your technical capabilities, management and leaderships skills and receive full support from the ERS learning team for your individual development.

Professional development

During the early stages of your career we train you in business etiquette, interviewing client staff and forming client relationships, as well as managing others and working in teams. We also run two dedicated weeks of training each year where you can select from a wide range of courses enabling you to improve your technical expertise or enhance your professional skills.
