Professional opportunities in Consulting

With over 300 professionals in the UK, we are renowned for providing distinctive depth and breadth of organisation transformation services to clients undertaking complex major programmes. Our practice combines project and programme management capabilities with change management, organisational design and leadership expertise, helping our clients identify, manage and solve the people issues that cause businesses to perform below their potential.

The practice is made up of four competencies: HR Transformation, Organisation Design and Talent, Change, and Programme Leadership. Between them we deliver a wide range of capabilities – from maximising Human Resource value, capability and strategy execution through cultural change to organisation design and workforce planning.

In addition to their specialist functional expertise, many of our practitioners are aligned to industry sectors, giving them insight into the unique people and programme challenges facing many organisations in different sectors, whether they belong to telecoms, media and technology, financial services, consumer, commerce and industry, or the public sector. We encourage our practitioners to build deep industry-specific expertise as they develop their careers alongside professional academic qualifications, offering challenging projects across a broad range of capabilities and industries, and people development and training opportunities.
