You’ll specialise in gathering information about third parties in countries outside of the UK - covering a variety of business, integrity and corruption issues - from public records, people, and other sources to help clients make the right decisions.
  • Engagement Support Centre, Administration and Project Support
    You’ll provide top quality administrative and project management support to our client-facing Audit and Assurance professionals throughout the audit lifecycle. You’ll have the opportunity to work with all sorts of different clients, from unique start-ups to some of the most well-known brands around.
  • Financial Crime Operations
    Want to help prevent fraud, money laundering and other financial crime? Here you’ll help with complex, large scale ‘Know Your Customer’ and other regulatory remediation. You’ll also support clients with onboarding, sanctions/PEP and adverse media screening, transaction monitoring alert handling, as well as Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
  • GES Mobility
    Join our team and it will be your role to support clients who manage a mobile workforce, within an ever-changing global landscape. Increasingly, our focus is providing high quality co-ordination and reporting, across all areas of the business, and often across multiple countries. As well as streamlining processes to improve efficiency within client teams, we use automation wherever possible.

    Join this team and you’ll be supporting the delivery of tax services across the wider Reward practice. Our work covers everything from tax and accounting valuations to coordinating global project management. You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, including analysing UK-wide executive remuneration, delivering employment tax compliance returns, processing payrolls for non-resident directors, and assisting with global share plan support.

  • Corporate Affairs
    Corporate Affairs is home to our PR specialists, brand experts, Responsible Business strategists, sponsorship managers, economists and researchers. And together we have one goal. To position our firm as the undisputed leaders in our field.

We provide financial management and accounting support that is aligned to each area of Deloitte’s business as well as the leadership team. We prepare the statutory and regulatory reporting required for Deloitte LLP and several other areas, whilst our General Counsel provides legal advice to the Board, the Executive and the Managing Partners.

  • Service Line Support
    The Service Line Support teams provide management information and accounting services to the service lines. The teams work closely with the partners and Service Line Leadership team to provide the financial information and analysis required to support the business’s decision-making process. Team members are expert users of our SAP practice management systems and provide advice and support to engagement managers and partners on billing and related processes. There are five Service Line Support teams: Audit (London) & ERS, Tax, Consulting, Corporate Finance, and Regions.
  • Statutory Reporting and Treasury
    The Statutory Reporting and Treasury team is based in Milton Keynes and is responsible for the preparation of statutory and regulatory reporting required for Deloitte LLP, its subsidiaries, the offshore partnerships and the group pension schemes.
  • Legal
    Our General Counsel provides legal advice to the Board, the Executive and the Managing Partners on a wide range of issues, including business acquisitions and disposals, commercial contracts, and partnership and employment matters.

  • HR Business Partners
    Our HR Business Partners support each of the main businesses in Deloitte. They are the essential two-way link between the business and HR’s strategies.

    The new model will reposition the team on the journey to delivering greater impact by firmly embedding HR in the business as ‘trusted council’. Robust relationship management will enable the team to partner with business leaders, influencing and developing talent strategies that give Deloitte their commercial edge. The team will be instrumental in delivering broader organisational goals that have strategic impact for the business.
  • People Solutions
    This is where we will put the plans into action. Our team members are multi-skilled and multi-talented. This flexible, project-based team are expertly equipped to meet the changing demands of our complex business.

    Collaborating with our HR Business Partners, our Communities of Expertise and the business, this team will project manage the implementation of HR programmes, processes and practices across the firm. Their holistic view of the business will drive efficiency, simplicity and scalability within the HR function.

This group ensures we manage our business with integrity. This includes developing and managing assurance and business risk frameworks, anti-money laundering, addressing any potential conflicts of interest amongst clients and maintaining our independence from them, ensuring we’re compliant with regulations such as the FSA and PCAOB, and managing the security of our people.

Teams within National Quality and Risk Management

  • Anti Money Laundering
    It’s important that we only do business with clients of good character, integrity and reputation, who are involved in legitimate business activities and whose wealth and funds are derived from legitimate sources. That means we need to obtain reasonable information, adequately documented and corroborated, about the identity, background, business and sources of wealth and funds of all our clients. We’re always alert to any suspicious activity.
  • Assurance
    There are many other stakeholders, both internal and external, that need assurance on the management of risk and other aspects of the firm’s business – including DTT, regulators, service line risk teams and auditors of our Quality Management, Environmental Management and Information Security ISO accreditations. The Assurance practice develops and maintains the assurance framework.

    The Assurance Group carries out internal audit and monitoring projects across all aspects of the firm’s business based on a programme agreed with the Audit Committee. Projects are determined on a risk-based and thematic approach.
  • Conflicts
    Conflicts may arise between the interests of two clients, between the interest of the company and the client or in obtaining a benefit from a third party in relation to the client. That’s why Compliance operates a system whereby conflicts of interest can be identified and advice offered as to how such conflicts should be addressed.
  • FSA Compliance
    To ensure the FSA's requirements are met, our FSA Compliance professionals provide support and guidance, identifying the impact of the FSA's rules. They also help to ensure that effective procedures, systems and controls are in place.
  • Independence
    A key area for compliance, our Independence team helps to maintain both actual and perceived independence from our clients. Independence may be affected, for example, by the services we offer to our clients or the personal interests of the firm's partners and staff.
  • Information & Security
    Protecting the security of our people and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of confidential information is an essential task for all of us.
  • National Risk Management
    The essence of effective risk management is about assessing the quality of our clients, establishing in advance what we are to be responsible for and to whom, and then ensuring that we fulfil those responsibilities while remaining alert to the challenges of the rapidly changing environment that is our marketplace.
  • PCAOB Compliance
    Under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, non-US public accounting firms that audit or play a substantial role in the audit of US issuers are subject to oversight by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (the ‘PCAOB’). As auditor to clients who have a listing in the US, Deloitte LLP is registered with, and hence regulated by, the PCAOB. Public accounting firms are subject to a strict reporting framework and the information required can be far reaching – relating to our company, its associated entities, and potentially all partners, staff and contractors.

Our job is to make sure all of our people (and visiting clients) work in accessible, flexible and inspiring spaces. Working in partnership with our colleagues in facilities and front of house, we look after all our office buildings, along with most of the services provided within them. The opportunities in Real Estate are vast, and continue to grow as we respond to the changing world of work.

  • Property
    Property provides a diverse range of services which supports Deloitte – directly or indirectly – in our daily business. Our job is to provide a working environment which is safe, fit for purpose, and allows the firm to deliver to its clients. We look after all our office buildings in the UK and Switzerland and most of the services provided within them. Property breaks down into four main areas: legal and surveying, hard facilities services, soft services, and procurement.
  • Corporate Services
    Corporate Services encompasses front-of-house staff through to back-office filing clerks, making it one of Deloitte’s broadest and most varied teams. The front-of-house teams are the first point of contact for people entering company premises, while our back-office functions cover everything from facilities management to filing and resourcing. As part of the Corporate Services team, you’ll gain exposure to the business as a whole, across all service lines.

The opportunities here are vast. From architecture and delivery of new IT systems to IT risk and security, we manage the relationships between the business and our Technology and Digital Services teams. In addition we help with the delivery of day-to-day operational technology and digital support to the rest of the business.

    The Architecture team take care of everything from business processes through to physical infrastructure and roadmaps to meet the needs of the business. They are responsible for assessing new requests, ensuring that change is consistent with the roadmaps and is delivered in a maintainable and cost-effective fashion.
  • Finance & Administration
    The Finance & Administration team is responsible for the activities required to support the rest of the IT functions. It includes IT Finance, Software Licensing Compliance, IT Vendor Management, IT Contracts and IT Administration.
  • IT Risk & Security
    The IT Risk and Security team is responsible for managing risk, policy, and compliance for our IT systems.
  • Business Relationship Management
    The Business Relationship Management team is responsible for proactively managing the relationship and communications between the service lines and the IT Services team. They are the first port of call for new requirements.
  • Projects & Applications
    The Projects & Applications team are responsible for the delivery of new IT systems and services, as well as any significant changes to existing systems and services. They operate to cost, time and quality criteria determined on an individual project basis.
  • Service Operations
    Service Operations comprises two teams: one in the UK and one in Switzerland. These teams deliver day-to-day operational services to support our business activities.

  • National Risk Management
    The essence of effective risk management is about assessing the quality of our clients, establishing in advance what we are to be responsible for and to whom, and then ensuring that we fulfil those responsibilities while remaining alert to the challenges of the rapidly changing environment that is our marketplace.
  • PCAOB Compliance
    Under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, non-US public accounting firms that audit or play a substantial role in the audit of US issuers are subject to oversight by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (the ‘PCAOB’). As auditor to clients who have a listing in the US, Deloitte LLP is registered with, and hence regulated by, the PCAOB. Public accounting firms are subject to a strict reporting framework and the information required can be far reaching – relating to our company, its associated entities, and potentially all partners, staff and contractors.

Our job is to make sure all of our people (and visiting clients) work in accessible, flexible and inspiring spaces. Working in partnership with our colleagues in facilities and front of house, we look after all our office buildings, along with most of the services provided within them. Teams within Real Estate

  • Property
    Property provides a diverse range of services which supports Deloitte – directly or indirectly – in our daily business. Our job is to provide a working environment which is safe, fit for purpose, and allows the firm to deliver to its clients. We look after all our office buildings in the UK and Switzerland and most of the services provided within them. Property breaks down into four main areas: legal and surveying, hard facilities services, soft services, and procurement.
  • Corporate Services
    Corporate Services encompasses front-of-house staff through to back-office filing clerks, making it one of Deloitte’s broadest and most varied teams. The front-of-house teams are the first point of contact for people entering company premises, while our back-office functions cover everything from facilities management to filing and resourcing. As part of the Corporate Services team, you’ll gain exposure to the business as a whole, across all service lines.

The opportunities here are vast. From architecture and delivery of new IT systems to IT risk and security, we manage the relationships between the business and our Technology and Digital Services teams. In addition we help with the delivery of day-to-day operational technology and digital support to the rest of the business.

Teams within Technology and Digital Services

  • Architecture
    The Architecture team take care of everything from business processes through to physical infrastructure and roadmaps to meet the needs of the business. They are responsible for assessing new requests, ensuring that change is consistent with the roadmaps and is delivered in a maintainable and cost-effective fashion.
  • Finance & Administration
    The Finance & Administration team is responsible for the activities required to support the rest of the IT functions. It includes IT Finance, Software Licensing Compliance, IT Vendor Management, IT Contracts and IT Administration.
  • IT Risk & Security
    The IT Risk and Security team is responsible for managing risk, policy, and compliance for our IT systems.
  • Business Relationship Management
    The Business Relationship Management team is responsible for proactively managing the relationship and communications between the service lines and the IT Services team. They are the first port of call for new requirements.
  • Projects & Applications
    The Projects & Applications team are responsible for the delivery of new IT systems and services, as well as any significant changes to existing systems and services. They operate to cost, time and quality criteria determined on an individual project basis.
  • Service Operations
    Service Operations comprises two teams: one in the UK and one in Switzerland. These teams deliver day-to-day operational services to support our business activities.
