What’s involved?
Two intensive, but incredibly fun, days of discovery. Join a focused event: from Tax or Technology Consulting, for example. Or a general Professional Services course. Your overnight accommodation, lunch and evening meals for both days are all booked and paid for by Deloitte.
Applications open on Monday 12 November 2018 and close on 31 December 2018.

Who can Spring into Deloitte?
Any student in their first year at university (or second year on a four-year course). You’ll need to be on track for a 2:1. Check the academic requirements.

What’s your story? How did you end up at Deloitte?
In my first year at university – studying Maths and Actuarial Science – I got a place on the Spring into Deloitte 2-day programme. Off the back of that, I earned a place on the Summer Vacation Scheme, where I spent 6 weeks in various Risk Advisory departments. At the end of the internship, I interviewed for a role in the graduate programme and I was lucky enough to get it.
I applied to other firms in my last year at university. But, having experienced the work and culture at Deloitte, I knew this is where I wanted to be. I also felt that Risk Advisory was the service line I wanted to be part of, despite Deloitte having an Actuarial department.
Once I graduated, I decided to defer my place on the scheme for a year, to travel around South America. This is one of the best decisions of my life; I’m so glad I did it.
