Working across the Public, Private and Financial Services sectors our role is crucial to a real mix of projects. They might involve improving operational efficiency; transforming supply chains; designing new structures and processes, empowering business led, application enabled change; or supporting organisations to deliver major operational change.

Finance Consulting

What we do

We’re a blend of qualified accountants, finance advisory experts, and experts in other areas such as financial business intelligence and financial controls. Together, we deliver a diverse range of projects from expert advisory work helping clients assess the performance of their Finance function, to large scale transformations of those functions. Our clients include some of the largest and most complex organisations across the private, public and financial sectors. We work closely with our counterparts in these organisations as well as other areas of the Deloitte business.

You might find yourself helping a retailer with an enterprise wide cost reduction programme, or involved in implementing a global finance system for a major bank, or supporting the delivery of a reporting solution for a TV company that monitors audience viewing figures, Facebook likes and telephone voting statistics – to name just a few of the projects we have worked on.
