Successful transitions are critical for business. That’s why, since 2011, Deloitte has supported many executives in their transition to a new role through our Transition Lab programme.

The Transition Lab is designed to assist recently appointed executives to hit the ground running and thrive in their new roles. It plays an important part of our commitment to supporting our clients in developing their leaders by helping individuals make an efficient and powerful transition.

The Transition Lab Programme started with the market-leading CFO Transition Lab and its popularity and outstanding feedback has inspired us to set up initiatives for a number of C-suite roles. This year we have invested further in the programme and we now offer the Deloitte Transition Lab for incoming CEOs, Audit Committee Chairs, Cyber Leaders and Heads of M&A.
