Spring into Deloitte is a two-day course, jam-packed with business games, skills sessions and networking with Deloitte people, from our graduates to our partners. It’s open to first year undergraduates on a three-year degree course or second years on a four-year course.
If you like what you find on the course, you can fast track onto our Summer Vacation Scheme, which leads directly to a job interview.
Second Year, Summer Vacation Scheme - Internships
How would you like a summer placement with Deloitte? It’s a fantastic way to get up close to the world of business and find out what excites and inspires you. Over the three to six weeks, you’ll also get a good idea of whether Deloitte is the firm for you.
Through project work, training, meetings, and shadowing senior colleagues, you’ll explore our work in detail. You could even go back to university with a job offer in your pocket.
Many placement students who do go on to join us, ultimately become some of the top figures in their fields. How? By gaining experience on complex, important projects that stretch their minds. By working closely with some of the world’s greatest businesses. By taking advantage of the world-class training we’ve developed. Plus, of course, by learning from some exceptional people.
You could join us for the summer if you’re an undergraduate at a UK university, in your penultimate year. Or if you’ve just finished your final year and are studying for your masters.
Penultimate Year, Industrial Placements
Exposure to complex businesses. Insights into major sectors. Experience of whole industries. You can expect all of this on an industrial placement with Deloitte.
You’ll benefit from world-class training too, alongside our graduate intake. Then take on a role that’s the same as our first year graduates. This means, you’ll not only get vital business experience, but a head start if you choose to join our Graduate Scheme later. You could even go back to university with a job offer guaranteed.
Our one-year industrial placements are open to undergraduates in their second or penultimate year. Required qualifications depend on the kind of role you apply for. And you’ll need to show that you’ve achieved the grade required in your first year of study.
