Codename MAXINE

Bringing female MuleSoft techies together

What is Codename: MAXINE?

There is a thriving community of people who are committing their careers to MuleSoft, whether it be as an architect, developer or API strategist. In line with our own organisational purpose, Deloitte is passionate and invested in driving growth of not only our own team, but this community as a whole across traditionally under-represented groups.

As a result, Codename: MAXINE has formed to bring together female MuleSoft techies. That said, it is a community welcoming all regardless of gender, ethnicity, background or experience. We want to provide a forum for people to build their technology skills and knowledge share across a range of topics from career insights to the latest developments in the integration space with like-minded people.

What do we do?

Codename: MAXINE is still in its infancy and we are incredibly excited about what the future holds for the growing community. Over the coming years we endeavour to facilitate a mixture of hands-on technical workshops, SME talks, social events and develop a global reach to MAXINEs across the world. Some of our key activities include:

Community Events

See below for the key events we run for audiences within Deloitte, between Deloitte & MuleSoft and for the community as a whole.
Attraction & Awareness

We will work together to bring a wider range of people into the ecosystem, from careers fairs to external eminence opportunities.
Share Knowledge & Experience

Most importantly every MAXINE is driven by the desire to help those around them and share experiences for everyone to grow and develop together.
