Consolidation - options available

We have highlighted recently whether the debate on consolidation was at the wrong end of the spectrum, focusing on covenant transfer which is only one of several options available (see article here).

This article is a follow up on the types of consolidation that might be suitable for a wider range of schemes that does not necessitate a change in covenant, but give benefits around governance, operations and costs.
