In addition to his client work, Tommy plays an active role in Deloitte’s service design community, where he focuses on using the latest design thinking to enhance the innovative solutions the firm takes to clients.

Tommy is an enthusiastic advocate of Deloitte’s apprenticeship programme. He has presented to a range of audiences about the benefits of apprenticeships and his experience to date. He is passionate about making students aware of the opportunities offered by the less traditional apprenticeship route, inspiring them to identify programmes that truly align with their passions.
