Deloitte’s Hub solution given Salesforce Fullforce Solution status
Hub, Deloitte’s B2B Customer Community built on the Salesforce platform, has been awarded Fullforce status by Salesforce for the Consumer Goods industry. Fullforce certification is Salesforce’s highest recommendation of a solution developed on its platform, recognising partners who achieve higher level of sales and delivery criteria with validated implementation expertise and success.
Hub, Deloitte’s B2B Customer Community built on the Salesforce Platform, has been recognised as a Salesforce Fullforce Solution for the Consumer Goods industry. Salesforce Fullforce Solutions are systems integrator or consulting alliance offerings recognised for their specialisation in priority Salesforce industries and other key solution areas. Fullforce Solution alliance partners have demonstrated expertise and receive Salesforce go-to-market support, executive sponsorship and guidance as part of the Salesforce Partner Programme.
Hub is a customisable web app Deloitte has developed, built on Salesforce’s Communities Cloud. It enables trade partners of consumer goods companies, such as retailers, wholesalers and distributers, to increase engagement with brand owners: place an order, pay, read personalised news, analyse sales history, collaborate in forums and earn points through a loyalty programme. Hub can be deployed globally and customised easily to each client’s branding, providing a multi-channel communication solution on any desktop, tablet or mobile device.
