Today’s challenges mean businesses must re-think their strategies; constantly innovate and deliver new products and services; and harness new technologies to deliver better value to – and connect with - their guests.

Our extensive knowledge is built from core strengths: Our clients have access to a fully integrated and sector-focused team working across financial advisory, audit, tax and consulting.

In addition to auditing six of the top ten largest global and two major European listed hotel groups, our commercial, financial and tax advisory teams have helped clients to acquire or sell a wide range of trophy assets, large portfolios and strategic investments in the sector. We also advise on debt raising, new development, business planning and corporate strategy. We work locally and globally, drawing on a unique global network of experts.

Deloitte is also a strategic investor in STR – the leading global provider of hotel performance data and analysis, with over 50,000 hotels participating in their hotel performance surveys.

Our experience and knowledge of the hotel industry and the business imperatives facing our clients enables us to provide real insight in a timely manner.
