Our annual survey of delegates registered to attend the Deloitte European Hotel Investment Conference 2017 found some interesting insights following a mixed year. The key findings represent the views of over 90 senior hospitality figures including owners, operators, lenders, developers and investors.
Passion for leisure: Consumer tracker leisure update Q4 2017
Our latest survey results indicate that leisure consumers remain confident in the fourth quarter of 2017. Despite pressures on disposable income, the UK consumer continues to spend on leisure. In 2018, big-ticket leisure items such as holidays, are likely to see more spend compared to this time last year.
