Sustainability
We are all increasingly conscious of carbon footprint and so we have taken the following measures throughout the planning process to try to make this event as sustainable as we can, including;
- Recycled artwork from our 2020 event for the meeting booths & pop up banners.
- Sustainable Event name badges (our supplier ensures they use recycled stock, as the inks of the Indigo printer they use are vegetable-based and rather than a plastic sleeve, and our supplier will be using a biodegradable laminate to encapsulate the paper)
- Recyclable notebooks and biodegradable pens will be available at the event
- Recycled lanyards
- Plant based lunch options will be available as a part of our buffet lunch courtesy of Meat Free farm.
