Following several rounds of consultation, draft legislation in connection with the widest reform of the R&D legislation for many years has now been published. We are joined by HMRC’s Policy team to understand the drivers behind these changes. What do the new rules mean for R&D claimants? We’ll discuss:

• The key changes to claiming overseas R&D spend, data and cloud computing costs and tackling abuse and improving compliance. 
• The practical implications for claimants and how to prepare for the changes.
