While countries are looking at solutions to accelerate decarbonisation and transition to a net zero future, it will be of critical importance to incentivise developing the most impactful new technologies. Last summer, the US legislated the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) providing over $369bn to support green industries, which comes after the European Green Deal launched in 2020.
