We have been living with the Corporate Criminal Offence for over six years, often prompted by Business Risk Review activity, businesses have been refreshing risk assessments and updating procedures. No prosecution has been seen to date but HMRC confirmed that nine companies are under investigation with 25 other cases in their pipeline.
