Deloitte’s annual CFO Conference is designed exclusively for finance leaders of privately-owned and private equity-backed businesses. This one-day event combines guest speaker plenary sessions and panel debates with in-depth breakout sessions focusing on issues across the business lifecycle.

Keynote speakers

Stella David, former CEO of William Grant & Sons. She was the Senior Independent Director for C&J Clarks Ltd until she took over as interim CEO last June. Stella is currently on the Board of Bacardi Ltd (the largest privately owned Spirits company in the world), HomeServe PLC and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. She also spent 7 years on the Board of Nationwide Building Society.

Dr John Briffa is a leading authority on the impact of nutrition and other lifestyle factors on health and illness. He will be providing attendees with information and advice they can use to take control of their health and optimise their energy and vitality.

CFO panel

Among others on our CFO panel, we’ll be joined by Shane Corstorphine, former CFO and current Senior Vice President for Growth at Skyscanner, the travel fare aggregator website and travel metasearch engine and Simon Crowe, CFO at ERM, the global Environmental Consulting company that is helping to shape a sustainable future for the world’s leading organisations, and Andy Botha, Group CFO at ZPG. The panel will investigate the key opportunities and challenges faced by finance leaders of private and PE backed businesses in today’s era of uncertainty with moderator Margaret Doyle, Deloitte Partner; financial services expert and broadcaster.
