Elio Milantoni leads our EMEA Corporate Finance Advisory Consumer Business network encouraging day-to-day contact to originate cross-border transactions. Mark Pacitti leads the UK Corporate Finance Advisory team.
Our team is also fully integrated with Deloitte’s broader Consumer Business practice, identifying not only Corporate Finance opportunities but also providing our clients access to the broadest range of expert advice to develop their businesses and create shareholder value.
Over the last five years, we have advised on a wide range of transactions from the renegotiation of House of Fraser’s £300m debt facilities to advising management on our largest private equity deal of 2010, Texas Pacific Group’s LBO of Republic for £300m to the disposal of the assets and operations of Waterford Wedgwood to American investment fund, KPS.
