  • A UK parent keen to exit all of its non-core businesses and its underlying assets. Our Financial Advisory team was able to execute CBMs and establish infrastructure required to complete the winding down of non-core businesses, providing restructuring advice as well as shaping the portfolios for sale, selling specific portfolios and running off non-saleable assets.
  • Our FS client was looking to reduce fragmentation in its global business through closures and disposals in non-core/non-strategic/risky markets. We were able to mobilise a global transaction team with high levels of engagement on all transactions for the client, by designing frameworks and tools to establish standards and increase efficiency. We also co-ordinated the rolling out of a single global approach for managing transactions and adhering to minimum reporting requirements. We provided executive level transparency and clarity on the client’s announced transactions portfolio, with particular focus on the risks, issues and progress.
