Audit Committee Chair of Santander UK

Chris is an experienced non executive director and currently is the Audit Committee Chair of Santander UK, Legal & General Investment Management and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of The Wellcome Trust; he is also a Board member of the Audit Committee Chairs’ Independent Forum. Prior to his plural career, Chris spent 37 years at PwC where he was an audit partner specialising in major financial services companies and where he led their FS EMEA practice.
