Our Distressed Programmes offering is targeted at infrastructure and capital programmes which are struggling to achieve their business case, are significantly over budget and / or delayed.

Characteristics around programme deliverability, benefits, plan and cost are fuelled by core symptoms. We use our Programme Aerodynamics methodology to identify core symptoms causing distress. We know the symptoms of programme distress present themselves throughout the programme lifecycle but can become apparent at key inflection points. We can help you identify and quantify these symptoms and their root causes through our RESET framework.

A RESET for Distressed Programmes

The RESET Framework supports recovery of failing programmes and is a scalable framework, aligned to our Programme Aerodynamics methodology that enables identification and resolution of key issues quickly to provide the controls, expertise and leadership needed to enable benefits realisation. Throughout the RESET Framework, we have defined high-impact interventions to improve the symptoms in a targeted and systematic way. As a result, symptoms are treated, and the health of the programme is improved to enable to delivery of benefits.
