Automotive services lead advisory

Deloitte’s Automotive Services lead advisory team, led by Martin Jenkins in our Leeds office, announced its third successful transaction in the sector since December 2016. In February it advised the shareholders of Contract Vehicles Limited, a leading commercial vehicle fleet management and contract hire business, on the sale of the business to Bridgepoint.

The Automotive Services advisory team covers a broad array of sub-sectors, including rental, leasing, contract hire, accident management and fleet management and associated services.

We are currently experiencing a buoyant M&A environment across the wider Automotive Services segment and we continue to advise a broad range of clients operating in the sector on strategic issues, capital needs and M&A.
