Deloitte TMT practice announces key appointments

  • David Halstead to head Deloitte’s technology industry practice
  • Mark Lee-Amies appointed as head of audit for UK TMT practice

Deloitte, the business advisory firm, announces two key leadership appointments today, David Halstead has been appointed leader of the technology sector and Mark Lee-Amies has taken on the position of audit lead for Deloitte’s UK technology, media and telecoms industry (TMT) practice. The TMT practice provides audit, consulting, tax and corporate finance services for technology, media and telecoms companies.

David Halstead said: “I am looking forward to taking on this new role as Deloitte’s UK technology industry leader. Our team here excels at helping clients deal with the many demands of a rapidly changing market. The pace of technological change is one of the biggest challenges facing technology executives today."

Mark Lee-Amies added: “I am proud to lead the TMT audit practice of Deloitte. I have inherited a great team and a client base that is innovative, high profile and exciting to work with.”
