Ewa Bielecka joins Deloitte’s Value Creation Services (VCS) team, focusing on performance improvement and cash & working capital optimisation

Ewa Bielecka has joined Deloitte’s Financial Advisory practice as a partner in the expanding Value Creation Services (VCS) team. The team focuses on the rapid identification, planning and implementation of initiatives that accelerate companies’ cash generation and enhance profits. These might apply in circumstances such as acquisitions, divestments, transformations or turnarounds.
Ewa has over 25 years of experience in driving change to increase shareholder value across a variety of sectors. She joins from McKinsey, where she was a Senior Vice President in the Recovery & Transformation Services team in London. Previously she ran a team of operating partners at Lloyds Development Capital, focusing on shareholder value creation.
Dave Sharman, who leads the VCS team for Deloitte commented: “From strategy through to implementation Ewa has delivered all phases of deals and transformations.
